Accufab  Policies for JOBBER & WAREHOUSE DISTRIBUTOR PROGRAM

The minimum buy-in is $1500.00 for Jobber and $3000.00 for WD.  To maintain your dealer status, the minimum purchase for each six (6) month period (June 1 to December 1 and December 1 to June 1) is $1500.00 for Jobber and $3000.00 for WD, or the status will automatically revert back one pricing level (WD to Jobber, or Jobber to Retail).  Dealer may, with Accufab permission, place a credit on account to fulfill buy-in requirement and place orders off of that credit until funds are depleted.

Payment may be in the form of money orders, certified funds/cashier checks and major credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.  Any out-of-country or overseas purchases must be prepaid by certified funds/cashier check only (credit cards not accepted).

Company check COD’s may be an acceptable form of payment after Accufab approval, however, it is not accepted on initial order.                                                       

COD shipping will be via FedEx Express and will include basic shipping and handling charges and a $9.50 COD fee.

Any Drop Shipping direct to a Dealer’s customer must be pre-paid via credit card and will include shipping and handling charges and an additional Drop Ship fee of $10.00.  Please allow 10 business days for recipient to receive ground shipments.  Tracking information will not be available until after that date.  For express packages, tracking information will be available the following business day from the specified delivery date.  Please do not request, or have your customer request tracking information as it will not be given until after the dates specified.

All shipments are final and may not be returned for any reason without prior permission, in which case a 20% restocking fee will be applied.  All returns are for products that have never been used or installed, and must be shipped back to Accufab pre-paid.

Accufab does not approve of group purchases.

All merchandise has a limited thirty (30) day warranty from date of shipment to the original purchaser.  Merchandise is warranted to be free from any defects in materials and workmanship.  Credit, repair or replacement of products under the warranty period is predicated upon Accufab’s inspection of the merchandise.  Accufab’s decision regarding any credit, repair or replacement will be final.    After the warranty period, a rebuild fee applies.  A throttle body rebuild fee starts at $75, please call for a price quote.  A fuel pressure regulator rebuild fee starts at $25, please call for a price quote.

Accufab products are intended for high performance use, and as such, are not legal in the state of California (and many other states) on pollution controlled motor vehicles driven on public streets or highways.  The purchaser assumes all responsibilities and liabilities as to how and where the product is used.  In addition, Accufab will not assume any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damages to any part of the engine or vehicle, caused by the use of Accufab products.  Accufab cannot control how these products are used, or under what conditions they are used, or what applications they are used for, and therefore, will not be held responsible or liable in any way, shape or form, for any damages, monetary or otherwise, that could conceivably be caused by the products use.
