If you're like many Ford truck owners, you appreciate the performance of your 6.0L Power Stroke Turbo Diesel engine.  Of course, it never hurts to add more power, especially if you're towing an overloaded trailer.

We have developed performance elbows for the 2003 - 2007 6.0L Power Stroke Turbo Diesel engines.  Each part is cast aluminum and then precision CNC machined to our engineering specifications.  From there, we offer a plain cast finish or a brilliant polished finish, availability is  based on the model year of your vehicle.

Originally developed and tested on our own F-350 Super Duty, the Accufab elbow made an immediate difference.

Independent dyno tests, conducted at JDM Engineering, showed a 9hp advantage over stock with no other changes and an equal increase in torque.  The reduction in back pressure alone will increase the life of the turbo.

The Accufab 2003-2004 model is pictured in the front of this photo while the 2005-2007 is in the back.  The outside design of the 2003-2004 version is similar to stock because of height restrictions, however, the major change is internally.  The airflow path Accufab has designed follows a smaller curve and is basically a straight shot to the intake.
