Description
IMPORTANT: The following item should be ordered separately: Weld Ferrule, aluminum, two required per clamp.
Our clamp is designed to accommodate multiple sized tubing found on most blower or turbo applications and will withstand 60 pounds of boost! The clamp can be removed and/or re-installed with the quick release pin. This is accomplished without tools, just your fingers. There are no hoses to “stretch” over the tubing or throttle body or metal hose clamps to unscrew or re-tighten. The use of our clamp can eliminate wasted time between rounds at the track.
Quick Disconnect Clamps are available color anodized in black or blue, sizes range from 2″ to 5″. Not all sizes available in both colors. To determine which size clamp and aluminum weld ferrule to purchase depends on the diameter of your tube. If the diameter of your tube is 4″ at the welding point, then order a 4″ clamp and two 4″ weld ferrules, sold separately. Weld the ferrules on to each side of the tube where a connection is required. Install a lubricated o-ring into the ferrule o-ring groove, slip the inner sleeve over one ferrule and pull sleeve over the other ferrule. Install clamp over the sleeve and engage the quick disconnect locking pin.
- Note: The inner sleeve is included with clamp. However, the aluminum weld ferrules are sold separately, two required. Check your o-rings for general wear and tear as they are a maintenance item and should be replaced when needed.
This clamp can be used with our MAX version throttle body, available for the 1986-1993 Ford Mustang 5.0L engine.

John Gardner –
Replace the cotter pin with a quick release pin. The pin that currently comes with this scratches the anodized finish. The push button quick release pin would look better too.
