Mustang 5.0L 1986-1993 105mm V-Band Throttle Body

Accufab’s Mustang 105mm throttle body V-Band requires a 4.5″ V-Band Clamp and 4.5″ Weld Ferrule, sold separately or we offer all parts needed in a kit. Please select this option from the drop down menu when ordering. Features: Full body stainless steel shaft, 3 position linkage arm with threaded ball stud, linkage arm is hard anodized black, with Idle Air Control provision, O-ring Groove seal on the back, and Sealed and Air Leak resistant up to 100 psi. All the 105mm versions measure 105mm at the blade and each has a 4.5″ inlet. There is no vacuum elbow and 4.5″ v-band clamp is required. This part is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and the exterior is polished to an eye-catching finish. The shafts are also CNC machined from stainless for durability and quality, with brass blades and the highest quality bushings, bearings and screws. Technical Notes: Idle speed should only be set by adjusting the throttle position sensor. DO NOT adjust any screws on the throttle body. These screws are pre-set at Accufab.
