Description
The 90mm features a full body stainless steel shaft, brass blade, IAC & TPS provisions, 3 threaded options on the aluminum black anodized linkage to accommodate different ball stud positions, an o-ring groove on the back, plus, it’s shaft is sealed and air leak resistant up to 100 psi. Also, the 90mm is measured at the blade, not the inlet. The 90mm requires 4″ tubing.
Our 90mm throttle body is available Polished or Black anodized.
FAQ: Does an Accufab F90 have an IAC provision? Yes. A few years ago we eliminated the IAC provision but now all versions have the IAC provision which can be blocked off with part number IACBO or IACBOBK if needed.
IMPORTANT: Pictures are a representation of the product. Actual product may differ. All 90mm throttle bodies have provision for the IAC motor.

Application: This Accufab 90mm throttle body is designed for use on a Ford 5.0L Mustang 1986-1993.
Technical Notes: Idle speed should only be set by adjusting the throttle position sensor. DO NOT adjust any screws on the throttle body. These screws are pre-set at Accufab.
- Accessories Included: Part number F90 includes a throttle body o-ring and 1/4″ 10-24 threaded ball stud, plus the IAC gasket. No mounting hardware available. Part number F90K includes the throttle body, 2″ blank spacer, base o-ring, ball stud, 90mm gasket and IAC gasket.
Accufab has several optional accessories to help adapt an Accufab 5.0L Ford style throttle body to be used with a GM TPS instead of a Ford, part number TPSGM. We also manufacture an IAC adapter to use early or late style GM IAC on a Ford throttle body.
